What you might want to know before subscribing
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees. If you cancel a monthly plan, access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. If you cancel an annual plan, access continues until the end of your annual billing year; partial-year refunds are not available unless there is a billing error on our side.
A transaction is any single financial entry: one bank debit, one credit, one uploaded receipt, or one manually entered line item. A single bank import of 30 rows counts as 30 transactions. Corrections and edits to existing transactions do not count as new transactions. Ignored or deleted transactions are not counted against your monthly limit.
No. The prices shown are exclusive of Indonesian PPN (11%). Your invoice will show the base subscription price plus PPN separately, so you can claim input-tax credit if your business is registered as PKP. Monthly invoices are emailed to your registered address within two days of each billing date.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep your higher-tier features until then. There are no penalties for changing your plan.
Yes, with a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Toggle the billing period switch above to see annual prices. Annual billing is charged as a single payment at the start of your subscription year. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time; we will apply a prorated credit for the remaining days of your current monthly period.
We accept all major Indonesian payment methods: virtual account (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), credit card (Visa, Mastercard), GoPay, OVO, DANA, and QRIS. Bank transfer confirmation is processed within one business day. Credit card and e-wallet payments are instant. All payment data is handled by a PCI-DSS certified Indonesian payment gateway; Ledgerowl does not store card numbers.
