AI Transaction Categorization
Every incoming bank transaction and uploaded receipt is read and assigned to the correct Indonesian accounting category: Bahan Baku, Operasional, Penggajian, Marketing, and more. The AI learns your business patterns over time, so accuracy improves month by month. You can correct any category with one click, and your correction trains the model for future entries.
PPh Filing Draft
Each month, Ledgerowl assembles your categorized transactions into a PPh filing draft. Covers PPh 21 (salary tax), PPh 25 (instalment income tax), and PPh 29 (annual settlement). The draft is yours to review and edit before you submit. We do not file on your behalf. You remain in control of submission; we remove the preparation work.
PPN Tracking
Ledgerowl identifies taxable transactions and tracks the PPN (Pajak Pertambahan Nilai) amounts separately. Whether you issue tax invoices for clients or pay PPN on supplier purchases, the system keeps a running total and breaks down what you owe versus what you can reclaim. Output-tax and input-tax entries are tracked separately for clean reporting.
Bank Sync
Connect your Indonesian business bank account and transactions import automatically. Supported banks include BCA, Bank Mandiri, BRI, BNI, and CIMB Niaga. Once connected, every new transaction enters the categorization queue within the same business day. Pro plan includes one account; Business plan includes up to three. Manual CSV upload is always available as a fallback.
Receipt OCR
Photograph a receipt or invoice with your phone and upload it. Ledgerowl reads the vendor name, date, and total amount. The extracted data flows straight into your transaction log. This is especially useful for cash purchases, market suppliers, or any vendor that does not issue electronic records. No manual data entry for petty cash or small daily purchases.
Multi-Period Reports
Compare spending across any two or more months in a single view. Spot whether your Bahan Baku costs rose in Q2 compared to Q1, or whether your marketing spend tracked with revenue growth. Reports export as PDF for sharing with an external accountant or as CSV for deeper spreadsheet analysis. Available on Business plan; single-period summaries available on Pro.
